天热的时候,这个是正常值。
如何补电解质在耐力项目中很重要。我一般只跑10k就是因为可以在跑前喝Gatorade,中途不需要再补。偶尔跑15K选不冷不热的时候跑,中间也不需要补水。
再往上就没试过,因为必须补水。
