基督教会大部分是美国公民，可以起诉判刑，不能驱逐。索马里人是难民，美国政府有权终结索马里人的难民资格。入籍有欺诈行为的可以剥夺美国公民身份。

美国人的问题是美国政府要解决的，索马里人的问题不是美国政府的责任，美国政府的责任就是不让他们进来。

Grounds for denaturalization
